Unlike film or photography, book or publication or assembly-line production, there are no “do overs.”  Theater, dance, performance events also do not have “do overs” for the performers, but they have a primarily passive audience.

           In overseeing and participating in almost every aspect of event production we have honed an ability to understand the concerns of every type of production that can arise. The design and management both of the time leading to any event, the time during each event, and the time following up the conclusion of each event, is treated with the same critical attention.

Most companies producing events are only concerned in the time leading up to the beginning of an event – but stage managers are concerned with the event itself – and the management of the post-event, often dictate the economic costs.
